To build desire for a landmark new apartment building on one of the city’s most exclusive streets, we created Zahra. The building yet to be was personified as a beautiful, mysterious and stylish identity – never to be revealed, but defined by the fashionable and successful local women with whom “she” associates. The Friends of Zahra. This fashion-focused teaser created intense demand for the multi-million dollar apartments and won the ‘Marketing Excellence Award’ at the hotly contended UDIA Awards.
