RUMBLING SINCE 2014
RUMBLE’S national title of AdNews Small Agency of the Year in 2025 marked 11 years as Queensland’s leading independent advertising agency. The agency was founded in 2014 by long-time colleagues Remy Brassac, Nancy Hartley and James Burchill.
The trio first met at McCann Erickson in the early 2000s before client services leader Remy left to open his first agency, Gallery DePasquale, whilst creative partners Nancy and James went on to find international fame as creative directors on the ground-breaking Best Job in the World campaign at Cummins Nitro (later Sapient Nitro). The three were reunited as agency leaders when Clemenger BBDO bought Gallery.
Having established a reputation for creative excellence and true client partnership, Remy, Nancy and James created RUMBLE, offering big thinking without big agency layers. Following the success of RUMBLE, the partners established sibling, complementary agencies ROMEO Digital, Edison brand performance and Scout Frontier media, creating the Rumbletown Group.
