Nancy and James have been a creative team for over two decades and have spent most of that time as Creative Directors/Executive Creative Directors of agencies both independent and multinational. They were CDs on the ground-breaking digital and PR campaign for Tourism Queensland, Best Job in the World, which garnered over 60 international awards for creativity and effectiveness.
Other global highlights for James and Nancy include judging every major award show, from Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, NYF, Spikes Asia, Dubai Lynx, and ADFEST internationally to AWARD, ACES and AXIS here in Australia/NZ. They are passionate about creativity that produces exceptional results.
Bec has been producing internationally awarded work across a diverse range of clients for over 10 years. She is a strong believer in developing strategically-led solutions that are not only creative, but also effective. Bec enjoys a challenge and believes that nothing should get in the way of a good idea, which has seen her develop a broad skillset beyond her craft as an art director.
Rhys is an internationally awarded writer with over 10 years’ industry experience. During his time, he has helped steer many highly-successful campaigns for clients in almost every sector – from big, integrated projects to cutting-edge tech ideas. Being a words guy, he believes in the power of a good pun, but more importantly, that creativity breeds effectiveness.
Terrence brings decades of experienced and passion to the Rumble family. After managing Delta Airlines’ sponsorship of the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games, he transitioned to serve as world-renowned brand strategist for five winning Olympic bid campaigns (Beijing 2008, Vancouver 2010, Sochi 2014, PyeongChang 2018, LA 2028), two successful FIFA World Cup bids (Russia 2018, United States 2026), successful campaigns returning both golf and wrestling to the Olympic sports program, and the Doha 2030 Asian Games. Terrence has also worked with literally dozens of Olympic sponsor brands since 1996, with assignments ranging from creating new Olympic sponsorship categories, negotiating sponsorship rights agreements, and developing sponsorship marketing and activation plans. Terrence also served as Senior Vice President – Marketing, responsible for managing the marketing and client servicing relationships with the IOC’s global TOP Partners.
Rob is a globally experienced leader in advertising and creativity, passionate about and focused on transformation, collaboration and growth. He has worked and lived on five continents during his 30 plus years in the industry. As a former global CEO and COO of ADK Japan, and the global brand creative for the Hong Kong Tourism Board for 5 years, his expertise is second to none. For Rumble, Rob is a font of knowledge, wisdom and is ‘the great connector’.
Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana moved from years of high profile positions with global brands to start a data consultancy and join a tech start-up as CEO. At the same time, Jana co-founded the non-profit global movement She Loves Data which now has chapters in 17 countries on 5 continents and has received the 2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT. Jana’s accolades include “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic and in 2020 featured on the inaugural “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list. Jana’s clients have included kiwi.com (a global travel server), Fischer travel, European travel group DER Touristik.
Antony’s 20 years’ experience in agency leadership roles across New York, London, and Asia Pacific, have provided him with an opportunity to work and advise on some of the most influential brands in the US, including Unilever, Amazon, Google, American Express and L’Oréal. He also spent considerable time working on Qantas in the US and British Airways in the UK and USA. Antony was a regular contributing writer for Advertising Age on media strategy, and authored three books including “Brand Media Strategy – communications planning in the digital era” [Palgrave MacMillan.]
As a Brisbane-based partner of Prime Accounting and Business Advisory, John’s goal was to cultivate a start-up ecosystem that encourages young people and seasoned business professionals to have the confidence to grow their business ideas and see them become viable commercial operations. John was the accountant and advisor for Trevallo, a Queensland based travel company, that just raised $10m via Qld Investment Corp. John embodies Rumble’s ethos to aspire, innovate and grow.
